Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using any mobile application ("App") developed and published by Yıldıray Kuru ("I", "me", "my"). By downloading or using my Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are owned by me and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

However, you grant me a license to use such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Some Apps may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Refund requests should be directed to Apple. Subscription details, including pricing and renewal terms, are displayed in the App before purchase.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. I do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. My total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any.

I reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that I believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, me, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

I may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
